So for the longest time I’ve been touting this amazing juice my husband concocted as a way for his patients to get more veggies into their daily diet.
Did you know the average american only consumes 3 (out of the 5 servings) of vegetables a day (and that’s if you only include potatoes – which are really a starch – and fruit juice – which is really more sugar than anything). The great thing about his “5 A Day” juice is the fabulous side effects of a flatter tummy and INCREDIBLE skin. Glowing and radiant skin (which a recent University of St. Andrews study found people look more beautiful after consuming higher amounts of veggies).
Naturally I’ve been telling all of my girlfriends about this “Beauty Juice.” At the 2011 Miss USA pageant (I went to cheer on a few friends competing) and told some of the ladies in my group about Beauty Juice. Recently a few of them started a fun website full of pageant tips and tricks. And they made a really cute video about how to make it…..just be sure that when you make it, you add water! LOL!
