How to Get the Most Beautiful Body EVER
Have you ever hired a personal trainer? Have you ever wanted to?
You’ve heard by now that 80% of how you look is based solely on what you eat. But don’t discount that last 20%. Because that last 20% is the difference between your gorgeous body looking flabby or perky.
How do you get the most beautiful body ever? Answer: Eating clean – making the best choices you can for every meal…..AND firming and toning what you’ve got.
I’ve never been shy about sharing with you that I’m totally lazy when it comes to exercise. Let’s just say I have a love/hate relationship with it! Love the results, hate the amount of time it takes to look fab…..unless of course, you have the most amazing experts on your side sharing secrets with how to get THE BEST body – in the shortest amount of time possible! And trust me when I say, all personal trainers are NOT the same!! Yes, you can transform your body based on what types of exercises you do. But how do you know the right exercises for you body type? You usually don’t – and neither do most “one approach fits all” trainers. And I’ve personally worked with many EXCELLENT trainers.
How do you know what kind of body you’ll get? I have a fun secret for you…..Find someone who has YOUR ideal body. Then see who trains them and find out what they are doing. That’s exactly what happened to me. I was watching Miss USA (my version of the Superbowl) and hand’s down, (in my opinion at least) THE BEST BODY of the night was Miss Arizona USA, Erika Frantzve. Am I biased because I happen to live in Arizona? Sure – to some extent. But at the Miss USA level, you cheer for the person who will best represent your country. It was anyone’s game. And I cheer for the women who inspire me. After seeing the swimsuit competition, I was so inspired I emailed her trainer immediately! I was also preparing for Mrs. America a few months later myself – so there was some definite motivation there! Luckily he was in my state. But we live in such a small global community now, thanks to the internet, that you can learn from people via skype, videos and practically anywhere online now. You don’t need to live in the same state as your coaches, trainers, and teachers. Thank goodness!

Why do you do what you do?/What is your mission?/What motivates you?: I train clients in particular women for pageants, modeling, competitions because I feel it is important to empower them and help them realize their full potential as well as it can be a challenging world and want to help them to stay healthy while on their journey.
Why do you want to be an instructor for Bombshell Bootcamp – Online Modeling Academy?: I want to be a part of the Bombshell Bootcamp team because I know the type of person Kirin is and I feel anything she is a part of will be an amazing experience and will transform lives.
What is your biggest/best/favorite beauty secret?: Don’t forget the glutes! Know how to active your booty and keep it firm by using mini bands, glute thrusts, lunges and squats.
Anything else you’d like to share?: I feel helping a woman feel secure in her own skin is crucial to her succeeding not only for a photo shoot, competition, pageant but more importantly in life. I feel educating women on proper nutrition and training will help them with an entire life of healthy living.
