It’s time to get back into swimsuit shape. I’ve gained 15 pounds this year from Vegas to Antigua, to LA, to Australia, New Zealand, and Napa!
Since going back to what works (for me at least) I’ve lost 5 pounds in the past week and a half. Here’s what I’m doing:
1- Eat what my husband tells me. Well….I follow his Adrenal Reset Diet and that’s the food we ALL eat. (He would never “tell me” what to eat because he’s a smart man and he likes being HAPPILY married! Because happily married couples don’t tell their spouses what to do….even when it’s their expertise) Lol!😂. I create the recipes based on his guidelines, and he gets to eat my yummy food. Win-win. ***
3- And laugh!
And although it’s unlikely I’ll ever feel “comfortable” in a swimsuit, I’m a firm believer that you should do whatever it takes so YOU feel comfortable in your skin (in and out of a swimsuit!). And for me, that’s eating more veggies, some carbs, healthy fats, and doing the least amount of exercise – to still feel good.
